Olympic Heating provided honest, caring and helpful information that allowed me to make the right decision. They were kind and understanding regarding my tight finances. They were friendly, trustworthy, professional and timely. An 80% furnace was installed with a new thermostat. Not an energy efficient furnace, but one that I could afford. I can honestly say the house feels more evenly heated and warmer than the two prior energy efficient furnaces i had prior in this home I have lived in for 25 years.

When our furnace quit in mid\-December, Olympic Heating was the only company that could come out that same day. I'd checked their reviews on other sites and felt confident in calling them...and boy, all those other reviews were absolutely correct! Sean came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem \- a $600 fix to a 23+ year old furnace. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy a new furnace. In fact, I had to ask about our other options. He explained simply and clearly the options available, again with no pressure to buy. After discussing the options with my husband, we decided to go with a new Bryant 80+ 2\-stage furnace. The installation was today, and it went seamlessly. They were in and out of the house, removing the old furnace and installing the new one, in just under 2 hours. They answered all my questions, demonstrated how all the important bits worked, tested the furnace, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. All around a wonderful experience.
