AJ had come out to service our old unit several times over the past few years, so when that unit was coming to the end of its service life, we asked him to recommend and install a new one. I called Bear Heating \& Air when I noticed the furnace in my recently purchased home acting erratically. The Technician, AJ, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable on the equipment already installed in the home, taking the time to explain in detail the troubleshooting he went through to solve the problem.
