Outstanding service!
After contacting Duct Works Heating and Cooling on a Friday for a quote on replacing my 16 yr old system, Cameron was out to my house on Monday and had my new system installed the following Monday!! Trevor, their installation tech, did an amazing job installing and going over the new tech thermostat with us. Had a fault code that popped up later that night and Trevor was at my house 8:00 am on Tuesday!!! That's customer service. Being that I replaced an older Bryant system I am fully confident that this new system will give us many years of reliable service. Thanks again!!

Excellent service from the start to the end. A fair price quote was given the same day for several system options. The installers arrived on time, were knowledgeable , and completed the work on schedule. Everyone was considerate and wore booties and masks. The smart thermostat was explained and programmed . Excellent service .

Excellent service and attention to detail!
