We called for service after buying a new home. The unit was 14 years old and we were told it needed to be replaced even though it was working. We did not get an itemized bill to determine what the breakdown for services equipment and warranty was. We were charged almost 25,00.00 for the new furnace and AC. We are elderly and feel like the sales man took advantage of us. We did not receive the warranty certificates or books for the hardware that was installed. I would never recommend that anyone use them.
