The sales staff, owners and office staff were ok to deal with. The mechanics they sent for the install were constantly complaining, sloppy and had to be watched over carefully because the were cutting conners. They left the final day with a gas connection leaking because it wasn't connected correctly. I told the installers I smelled gas before they left, but they told me it was smelling because it was a new furnace. I had a hard time believing that because the smell was so strong, and asked them if they checked the connections. They said they did, and left abruptly. After they left the smell got worse and finally two hours later I called the company and told them something was not right. I was told by them to call the gas company to come look at it. So then I had to stay around on a Friday night to wait for the gas company. It was clear when the gas company sprayed soapy water on the gas leak that it was bubbling violently. So the installers had not really checked it or they would have discovered it was leaking before they left. What if I had gone out for the night or for the weekend? The leak was so strong, my house could have blown up, or the people sleeping in the house could have dies or gotten sick! That was such a very careless and dangerous mistake to make, and for this reason I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service

We have been customers of of this dealer for years, paying an annual fee for HVAC inspection services. When our 25+ year old home air conditioner died on a Thursday in June, they came out on Friday, confirmed it could not be repaired (because, freon), located a replacement unit on Monday, and installed the new unit on Tuesday. GIven the timing at the beginning of the heating season in Philadelphia, and all the talk of shortages and supply chain issues, we thought we might be without A/C for weeks. Not with these guys.

Workmanship is excellent.

Very disappointed to have a brand new system installed and not work properly. Also, having crews back twice to try to figure it out was worrisome. Seems a relay circuit is bad in the brand new air handler system that has the AC and the emergency heat running together. It is temporarily bypassed so we have AC durig this exssesive heat wave and have yet to hear if and when the new part will be put in our brand new system. Yes, new parts needed in a brand new system. We feel like starting over \- what can we expect in the years to come with this system?.......
