Installation of New Air Conditioning System
We have been with Rodney B. Smith for more than 20 years. Over that time we have used their services more times than I can count. We have annual service check ups on critical equipment. Always friendly, kind, NEAT, and COURTEOUS. However, this installation was completed by two young men relatively unknown to us with Rodney B. Smith. Young men were NOT NEAT and left things undone, or damaged, and we had to call and have another person repair the issues from Rodney B. Smith correctly. These two young men, should be separated and placed each with an older more experienced Rodney B. Smith employee. Thank you.
