Courteous, professional, experienced, and friendly
It is always a pleasure working with Green Box Mechanical. I first contacted Mike to ask about possibly replacing our existing (and aging) furnace. Mike was super\-responsive (within minutes) and helpful and gave me a rough idea about the cost of the project. Bill then came by to take a look at the existing equipment and he was very informative and patiently and professionally answered all my questions and suggested possible replacement units that would work in our home. After some research, I decided on the furnace and A/C units and scheduled an installation date with Mike. During the installation, Bill and Nick were communicative, professional, respectful, and very efficient. Nic Cristofani and his team did an amazing job of getting our AC installed \- no fuss, no muss. They were kind enough to clear a path around the side of my house \- I had left a ladder and a hose and some other junk in their way, and they thoughtfully stowed it away on my front porch. If this gets back to Nic \- really sorry for not taking of that like I said I would, my bad. :( But, amazing experience! Thank you Greenbox! :)

The estimator explained our options and helped us choose a furnace, and then we were hardly involved in the installation process \-\- which is ideal. The installer was quick and efficient, and observed COVID safety protocols that were in place at the time.
