Watts was great to work with. They provided an initial in\-person estimate for an AC vs heat pump unit, and were especially attentive to all of our questions, particularly given the trade off of options. When we decided to move forward, we were able to schedule an installation within a few days, and the install team were exceptionally efficient. I was also particularly appreciative of them taking the time to walk me through all of the different pieces, what to look out for, what maintenance to expect, and how to use the new thermostat. After 22 years we needed to replace our furnace and heat pump. Called Watts Heatin and the owner came out and quoted us a new unit. What was awesome is he gave us 4 options.
