Glad we decided to have Willamette HVAC install our new AC and furnace. Great experience from start to completion, from working with Erin, who was very informative and not pushy when obtaining an estimate, to Phil and Shane removing our old system and installing our new system, was a good experience. All arrived on time. Phil \& Shane also worked efficiently and left the area clean. New system passed inspection first time. Price is good, neither the lowest nor the highest. When we've had the AC on, we've noticed the system is unbelievable quiet and cools our home without us feeling obvious cold breezes. Great job!

Willamette HVAC was very helpful with all of our "problems" with our hybrid heating and cooling system. Put in a new heat pump, a coil twice, and added some lines to correct previous lines that were too small at no charge except the heat pump and the first coil. Heat pump got "fussy" and didn't want to work correctly but Jesse, rep. hung in there until he got it working again. The best person we have ever had to help us in this matter. Could explain the situation in laymens terms so I could understand which is pretty good. God bless Jesse and Willamette HVAC for their excellent service. Even the boss, Mike, came out one time to check on things and very helpful in correcting the situation and also explaining things to us.

Choose the pros at Willamette HVAC
Installer Jesse and Consultant Erin were GREAT to work with. Erin got me what I needed at the price that beat other local and big box contractors. Friendly and courteous and able to work around my schedule. They even got a early install date for me. Jesse?s installation work is top notch and fast despite having an issue with a wrong sized part. Condenser unit installed in about 4 hours and left me with the other half of the day to enjoy the cool temps inside. The assistant to Erin, Julie deserves an honorable mention as well. You?ll have little to no problems with Willamette HVAC!
