Not a great first experience
The tech acted like it was a bother to come out. First, we had to call twice to get a call back. Then said he couldn't come until the next day. Called next day and said he would have to charge $119 to come out even though our furnace is under warranty. New construction, moved in only 2 weeks ago He said he never heard of our builder. Did I still want him to come out?
