Bruncak HVAC System
Rich Hohler suggested doing the AC in the spring. After he reviewed the system he advised options and we decided to replace the entire HVAC system. I had a 26 year old Bryant Heater and had to have it serviced. I contacted Hohler because I noticed they had a 5 star review on Google. The service tech came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. When he saw our furnace he already knew everything about it. He gave us tidbits of trivia information on it and noted it looked good for being that old. After servicing it and getting it up and running, he told us we might want to consider getting a new system because he wasn't sure how much longer it would last. Being in Ohio in January, I didn't want to risk it going out completely. We were already aware that it was probably time for a new system. Like any consumer, I got 3 estimates for a new HVAC system, including one from Hohler's. After comparing all three estimates, I decided on Hohler for several reasons. 1. I felt like I was getting more bang for my buck with getting their top of the line system. 2. Very professional and knowledgeable 3. We have had a Bryant for 26 years and had very little problems. Stick with what you know. 4. And a 5 star review on Google. That is pretty good if you ask me, especially in this day and age where you have keyboard warriors out there that like to trash a company for anything. As far as the other estimates I received, those installers were very professional and extremely knowledgeable as well. But I can say I would highly recommend Hohler's to do the install.

Contacted Hohler for quote on new furnace and A/C system to replace our 16 year old system that was installed when the house was built. Rich Hohler showed on time with product descriptions, brochures, etc and spoke about each one, answered my questions with good product knowledge then provided a "ballpark" estimate for install. I was pleasantly surprised when he gave me a figure and we ended up purchasing all of the high end items for about $4300 less than I had figured I would get medium rate equipment for!
