Having a tough time with this company after installation.
I'm currently trying to get more from this company on the product warranty. We had problems after the sale and continue to have problems with Rightway Heating and Cooling. I am trying to track down my Enhanced Parts Warranty (copies) for Model Serial InstallationDate Coverage End Date GA4SAN43000N 2124C33962 8/5/2024 Enhanced Parts Warranty 08/05/2034 FJ4DNXB30L00 0324F36570 8/5/2024 Enhanced Parts Warranty 08/05/2034 I am being advised by this company that if I don't buy their maintenance plan it will void the warranty. I am also being advised that if I use another company, that will void the warranty. My dad pays $59/year for a service plan with another company and Rightway is trying to charge me $120 and none of this was explained up front prior to sale.
