I found Smylie One 2 years ago when my central AC unit failed after 35 years of relatively faithful service. Sent out a request to friends and coworkers who may have had a furnace or central AC replaced somewhat recently. Then selected the 3 most often mentioned contractors for replacement quotes. Rescued from the freezing cold!!!
I couldn't have asked for better service. I've had service work with Smylie One a few times over the years and have always been happy with their work. This time my 28 Year old furnace finally gave up and was going to cost way to much to fix ( I knew that was going to be the case). The Technician gave me the bad news in the morning. We had the Sales Agent come by an hour after that!. And within another hour I had install technicians at my house working on tearing out the old furnace. They started around 2PM and I had a new furnace up and running by 6:30 PM. Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received!!!
