Good communication from Bryant Heating \& Air Conditioning prior to the installation at our house. Installation of the new furnace and heat pump went smooth and all of the work was completed by a team of 4\-5 people in a two\-day period. So far the new system is running great! Furnace Upgrade and A/C Installation
I chose this dealer for my previous furnace replacement because they were the only local dealer who was interested in fixing the problem with the original home furnace, instead of simply trying to sell me a new furnace. When I did replace the original furnace, their installation was quick and without issue. They cleaned up after they finished the job and were respectful of our home. The previous furnace they installed was reliable and lasted 30 years. During that time, I've had great customer service from this company. Whenever I call, a real person from the local office always answers the phone, and on the rare occasions when a service call was needed, they show up the same day. For this replacement, their prices were very competitive, and better than many of the other local companies. I have been happy for the last 30 years, and am looking forward to another 30 years of reliable furnace and A/C.
