My experience with Air Tech on LBI, NJ
After shopping for replacements of my existing systems, I felt that Air Tech would provide the best service and quality equipment for the dollars spent. After signing with them and scheduling an install one one down the road, one of my two systems failed. Rather than patch the system with a service call, they rearranged their schedule, and came out on the next business day with the crews necessary to install both systems and get them up and running in one day. LBI House
My AC Unit stopped working right before a tropical storm hit LBI. The temp in the house was 91 and my renters were coming in Saturday afternoon. I called them Thursday afternoon. They showed up Friday morning to look at the system. They worked in the worst part of the storm. They determined it was the condenser that was shot. Another team came back in the afternoon and tried to fix the condenser without success. The technician called the service manager who said they had a 3\-Ton unit in stock and that he could get an installation team together to install the unit Saturday morning. They showed up Saturday morning and installed the new outside condenser and the inside temp was back to normal for my renters. Great job Air Tech!
