Broadley's helped me understand this journey of upgrading and retrofitting our two units. Options were provided with advisories on how each options would support our needs. I really appreciated the upfront time making the best decision for our home.
The process from the initial visit until the installation crew wrapped up went well. Only issue is both new Condenser units were damaged in shipment. Bryant needs to revise the way they package these Condenser units as the fins were bent/crushed in several places on both units. It was discouraging to see brand new units come out of the box damaged.
