Great Customer Experience
I dealt with a number of companies as I tried to replace my existing boiler. Clearly, Air 1 was the best. They worked with me on a number of different products and allowed me to compare products and performance. They were patient and followed up constantly with prompt responses and information. Cathy and Lori in the office were superb. They are "top shelf". Since the boiler was installed at the end of May, it's too early to tell about how well the unit works, but I expect it to run well. The installation went very well, and the area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Air 1 has done and nice job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for boiler replacement or service.
