Gave an estimate of job much lower for the same system of competitor. Described the new system in great detail before signing the proposal. Very easy to talk with. Gave an estimated time of delivery ( 3months) and was spot on. Took his time with the installation. Left the heater room as clean as it was before he started. Told us about his intended follow up as we approach A/c seaason. Took care of the paperwork at the completion of the job
