The guys were Great at finding the problem and completing the repair (actual replacement) of my unit. I was told I have 10 year warranty on parts (and labor?). But, to date, I have not received any paperwork, other than this printout stating we are covered for 10 yrs or so. Just wondering if there is any paperwork involved so I can keep it in file. Thanks and once again\- GREAT JOB!
