Day Plumbing did not install the number of vents quoted. Did not communicate changes to us. Didn't show up when scheduled. Installation was slow. Left a mess. Damaged lights and wiring during installation. Increased pricing after quoted. We have used Day Plumbing for decades but recent business with them has not been what we have experienced in the past. Extremely disappointed.

On Point On Purpose
The Technician (Cameron) was the integral part of my experience. He was the initial technician that came out and diagnosed the issue with my HVAC System. He clearly articulated the function of our old unit and explained why we suffered continuous failures due to the unit being to large for our home. The old used caused overloading and burnt out the AC unit and also back pressure throughout our home. We decided to go with Cameron's recommendation and had a new HVAC system installed.
