From the beginning. Alex came out to give us a quote on a furnace, A/c and hot water heater. Very knowledgeable on the products he's selling. He has a no pressure attitude and even told us their more expensive than most. I found that not to be the case from another Bryant dealer. Called Alex back on Monday as the water heater we had initially wanted wouldn't work for our situation and had to upgrade to a direct vent. Alex re quoted us and said they can come out tomorrow between 7\-7:30 am. Eli, Gus and Colin showed up on time and removed all the old equipment and installed the new. We even got a Aprilaire On furnace installation and Honeywell T6 WiFi thermostat. It took them all day and stayed till the job was completed. Answered all of our questions . What a team!
