I have had them servicing my aging furnace for annual checks to when it was not heating properly this past winter and decided to replace it before serious issues arose in the middle of a blizzard. Everyone from the rep sent to give an estimate on a new unit to the people who have done the checks and the installation of both the furnace and air conditioner gave me information I could understand, shared knowledge about both the old and new systems so I could make decisions I was happy with, were conscience of cleanliness, and I like the fact the old units are recycled. They were easy to work with, available when needed in the winter, and made everything work into my schedule during the replacements.
