Furnaces today come in many different forms and functions, and without doing your homework it's impossible to compare quotes between different HVAC vendors. Chris was the only vendor to discuss the various technologies with me and was the only vendor to inspect the existing installation before offering a quote. It was obvious he knew what he was doing, answered many questions from me (I want to know how the clock works, not just what time it is), and provided the best all around solution. When it came time for installation, the guys were truly a team and worked quickly and efficiently. The installation is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and made the previous HVAC system look amateur. The system is now running and it is a perfect solution for our home! The office took care of submitting all the paperwork for rebates, warranties, and financing. Pilot wasn't the lowest quote we received, but after doing my homework and with the level of care we received, it is clear that Pilot is hands down the best value!

I just moved into this house provided by our church in Rochester Hills. They have been receiving service for the furnace and heater in this house, and I recently had to call them up again because the heater stopped working a few times. The one that was being used before was older and rusty, so it had been time to get a new one installed. I first met Chris awhile back, and ever since he stopped by, he was always professional, and honestly let us know that it'd be worth looking into getting a new furnace to prevent the heating problems. Every time we needed emergency service done, we'd have to keep paying service fees. A new furnace is by no means cheap, but we were able to get it installed after seeing it was the best option out of the several Chris gave us. Just a day later, the guys came over to install the new furnace which only took a few hours, and left before the night so we wouldn't have to worry about me sleeping cold again. The guys who installed gave me the product warranty paper as well, and I just filled it out online which didn't take long. I'm glad these guys have been helping us, and if anyone needs service in this area, they should definitely check this company out. Chris answered every question we had, including ones that I asked that probably he was already asked about in the past, and even showed us some tips on how to clean and better care for the basement of the house. I also believe he took off a service fee because we went with the new furnace. Thanks guys for the good, hard work!

My neighbor recommended Pilot so we called them for a annual tune up on our furnace. Found my heat exchanger was cracked. Went through all the options, pros/cons to fix versus replace the entire unit. Chris was very thorough and he didn't make me feel pressured. Very sincere, professional owner and crew. Scheduling and pricing very reasonable, helpful with rebates too. Highly recommend!
