Bryant 2 stage furnace--96.6 efficiency
I did ask to go downstairs with the technicians so they could explain a few things to me about maintenance. There was a bit of a mess on the floor near the furnace, which I asked them to clean up, and they did. Coffee had also been spilled. I can clean this up on the rug. There were spots on the carpet stairs going up the stairs in about six places. It looked like something had dripped. I think it has been cleaned up, not sure yet.
