Nerves Install
Installers, James and Admir , are a great team. When a different Tech showed up to complete the install of duct work the job got sloppy. When Don sent James and Admir back to complete their own install and correct the duct work, they came up with a great design for hooking up and matching the duct to the furnace. It is a Professional and clean look I was looking for, Thank You Ken

Furnace and AC
The company had to come out after the initial install to put in the sheet metal on the ducts. Our original install was an emergency and on that day they were out early and we had heat quickly. The sheet metal wasn't quite right but they remade it and were out and it fits perfect. Also something happened to the motor(it was making a load noise). They were out a few days later and now all is quite. The AC has now been installed and they will be out to start up when it gets warmer. We are in MIchigan so we don't need it now. The service man that installed the motor wrote down all the info we needed to register the units and was very helpful.
