Great dealer, installation and support
Bartholomew recommended an excellent machine to replace the 18 year old unit we purchased from them originally. The unit was properly installed in the fall but experienced a manufacturer's defect that caused a loud oscillating noise. Bartholomew, the Bryant representative and management all showed up for the decision. Since it was late fall, we decided to exchange the unit in the spring. Without asking, Bartholomew called in early spring, scheduled and efficiently installed a replacement at no charge. It runs perfectly. You really don't know a company well enough until something goes wrong. The Bartholomew team did a great job, as always.
