Northern Mechanical took the time to come to my home before the order to evaluate and study my home to determine how to best setup and install a geothermal system that was replacing electric baseboard heat (no vents). From any of the other heating and colling companies I spoke to before, they had the best solution and understood what my pain points were that needed to be addressed. Jeff Rosen the owner was open and honest about what could be done, how they would do it, and when. He was true to his word in every respect. This is why I prefer dealing with a family business that operate as professionals. After the order and when it came time to install, they had extensive work to do. Not only cutting all the new vents, running a chase into a tight spaced 2nd story knee wall, and installing a big geothermal unit and air handler into a tight crawl space, but also arranging for new electrical to be ran and having an older well system upgraded. They are well connected with other companies to call in as needed. The crew was polite, friendly, and tidy \- they cleaned as they went. It took 5 days for them to complete the job. I was very comfortable having them going in and out of my home each day. I would say to my family and friends, If you are looking for a heating and cooling solution for your home, then give Jeff and his team at Northern Mechanical a chance to get your business.
