Outstanding service!!
We lost heat on the coldest day of the year. I called Barbour's around noon, and although he had 16 service calls that day, he still managed to get to me by 5 pm. He explained exactly what was wrong and what my options were for repairs. He did not try to sway me into buying a new furnace immediately like many sales people do, but he answered all my questions very honestly. I chose to purchase a new furnace anyway because of the age of mine and the likelihood of further issues down the line. He found the old furnace was emitting carbon monoxide and wouldn't leave until he had given me a CO2 detector he insisted I place in my bedroom to ensure we would know if the levels got to a dangerous level. He had a new furnace installed within 36 hours. The entire staff is amazing and so helpful. They have definitely earned my business for life!

Excellent Service!
Barbour heating fit us in quickly when no one else could. We knew we needed a new furnace and we got 2 quotes from other places but one said they would get us in within a month and the other tried to perform other services that were not related to the furnace, even including it in their quote. We called Barbour because they are local and we hoped they could get us in quickly as the temps were dropping. They came out on a Friday, pointed out some really awful stuff on our current broken furnace, said they would get us in next week and gave us a comparable quote. We got a call on Sunday saying they would be there Monday morning, and they were. They installed the new furnace and a new thermostat, and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Barbour Heating to anyone.
