The original install team did a sloppy job. They lacked the willingness to answer my questions and then answered with poor excusses. Once I raised the issues GAC they sent John Pew and Dante out to address my concerns. John was very knowledable and came up with a plan to address my issues, he basically took the return air duck out and replaced it with the correct size. He came back a second time and added sound proofing to the return and supply A coil and then fasioned a diverter in the A coil, then they spent a few hours tweaking the blower motor speed to almost eliminate the pulsing sound the blower motor was producing. I have spent 2.5 days having to stay at home while the work was being performed and a month of worry waiting to be satisfied with this equipment. The AC is OK , I just hope the furnace works as well as my old one did this winter

They installed my unit and that night my residence began to flood with water. Called and they did have a technician come out who stated that it was defective from Bryant with a broken coil and drip pan. They stated it was still covered under warranty (a day after the install) and that they would "order" a new part. So now, they have conducted service and repairs on a brand new unit which now does not remove humidity from the air. Why would Bryant allow their dealer to install a defective unit and now part it together like it's 6 years old. Horrible experience and how Bryant allows this to happen is beyond my comprehension.

GAC and their crew was excellent from providing a timely, transparent estimate, answering questions/modifying the proposal, scheduling install, executing install, and cleaning up afterward. Their communication and responsiveness was top notch. This is our second AC install with them and we'd highly recommend them.

Recommend without hesitations.

Salesman gave only ONE option. Surely there was more than one option for systems that could be installed in my relatively small condo. I do have a nagging feeling that since it was over 90 degrees with no cooling trend in sight, they knew I didn't have time to start researching and setting up appointments with other service dealers. I might very well have ended up with the same system I ultimately purchased, but I just don't completely trust that this was the ONLY option... Surely something less expensive than Carrier/Trane might have been a possibility. This is relevant because I don't anticipate being in this unit more than a few more years. The installers/technicians certainly seemed to know what they were doing. Took a bit longer than anticipated, but they were working in a very tight area. Left several nicks in newly painted door, and in spite of tarps and booties, the new grey carpet got very dirty. The installers cleaned the carpet well. I didn't notice the nicks in the paint, or they might have touched up the paint, too.

Blake and Roberto were top notch professional installers. They worked quickly and efficiently answering all of my questions and ensuring that all of the equipment was working at peak efficiency,

Everyone on the job was very professional and aware they were working in a preschool with children present in the building. They did everything possible to make sure the install worked with our schedules and limitations; there was, however, one 'snarky' individual (electrical) but the other service providers more than made up for him.

We contracted with GAC Services to replace a 50+ year old furnace and a decades old air conditioner. GAC employees were professional and knowledgeable throughout the process, from the initial quote to the installation of the system. The installation of our new Bryant furnace and AC was completed in a single day, and the installation team walked us through the system after the installation was complete. Sean, Junior and Roberto installed the new system in 8 hours, cleaned up, and left us with a new system last week. We are so far very impressed with the quiet and comfort we are getting from the new Bryant, we won't know about efficiency for a few weeks.

Everything about my experience with GAC has been great. First, the technician who evaluated my old system when I was deciding whether I needed to replace it seemed highly competent and thoughtful, and was good at explaining things to me. Once I decided to look seriously into purchasing a new heat pump, consultant Danny Love was perfect for me to work with. I had lots of questions and concerns, and I mean \*lots\*, since I tend to worry about drawbacks and all the things that might go wrong, and I also want to understand everything for myself rather than just put things in someone else's hands. On top of all that, I have difficulty making decisions. Danny was extremely well informed, a great listener, and very patient, through \*lots\* of back and forth discussion. Thanks to this, in the end I felt very comfortable and solid in my decision to spend a lot of money on an excellent system. Then, the guys who installed the new system were skilled and creative in the needed workaround configurations, and they were friendly. Finally, there were a couple of issues with the installation that I noticed a few days after it was done. GAC was prompt in returning to address those issues, and did it right. I'm really impressed with GAC and its team.

Great from begining to end, Mike was great up front, thoroughly measuring everything and then walking us through his detailed quotes and reccomendations. Then the install guys were in and out in 2hrs, fast and easy and was really impressed with their work. Great experience overall for sure!!

I greatly appreciated the fact that GAC Services technicians arrived exactly on time. The 2 workers were very polite and extremely careful to put on shoe "coverings" each time they entered my home (A/C system includes outside\-unit). The men took the time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. When completed, they took me on a "walk\-thru," briefly explaining the entire Bryant system, telling me how to monitor its operation, and assuring me that GAC Services would respond very quickly if I ever needed help. Their workmanship was tidy and obviously done with great care.

I highly recommend GAC

GAC has been providing services in my home since I moved here in 2007. Recently needed a new AC, after dragging it out an extra season, and they could not have been more helpful, courteous, professional, and kind. Not to mention quick. I think I lucked out with being able to order and install within two days, that might not be the norm. But in a stressful time, the team that installed my updated new Bryant system were patient, respectful of my space, explained everything along the way, and made sure I was comfortable. They had to make some adjustments and an impromptu order of a new humidifier; but did it with ease. I was pleased they took their time and were safe while installing new equipment. I'm hoping for a quiet \& comfortable 20 years or so ahead. Thanks!

These guys are good\-\-know what they are doing, do neat work, and are friendly.

Entire process was professional and perfect. Someone from sales was schedule sameday and had 12 years installing experience. Found a number of gaps in the piping and ducts that were all fixed during the install of the new units. The NEXT DAY a crew comes, removes old units, replaces with new remediates all issues and cleans up as if they were never there. Today the house is at perfect temperature. Can't recommend GAC highly enough.

Overall experience from first phone call was outstanding. Tim from sales really took the time to explain every aspect of what I needed. The installers Nelson, Blake and Carlos showed up two hours before expected which was fine by me because temperature was in the teens. They worked really hard to get the unit up and running as fast as possible because they knew my family was really cold.

GAC installed a new AC unit in my older home. GAC representatives were very professional and offered several options. The three person crew arrived on time and took care to always explain what they needed to do. Afterwards, they explained how the new unit and thermostat worked. Completely new system (heat pump \& air handler) installed. Stopped working 36 hours later due to bad transformer and shorts in wire harness. Took 2 days to fix.

I had two other companies prior to GAC, and have been more than satisfied with my system and GAC Services' personnel.

The crew of Iggy, Josh, and Owen did an excellent job installing, testing, and explaining my new HVAC system. In addition, the room was left in the condition it was prior to the installation, which is difficult with an off white carpet.

I've got an unvaccinated 4\-yr old at home, and not one but TWO of the contractors installing our furnace did not consistently wear their mask inside my home. That is unacceptable!

GAC replaced an HVAC system that was damaged in flooding. Highly appreciated the communication from sales and main office as supply chain issues occurred with Covid\-19 and multi state impact from Hurricane Ida. The install crew were highly personable and efficient. I appreciated the extra effort (needed to call in second crew to assist) to raise/install the replacement outside unit above the flood level.

The GAC team was very helpful, accommodating, and patient in explaining how the new system works. I was very happy with my experience.

Service personnel were knowledgeable and considerate. Installation went smoothly and was completed on schedule. System is quieter and more efficient than our old Carrier HVAC.

Good service and efficiency

The consultants and the installation team were all knowledgeable and competent and did a good job. One minor point: About an inch long of the underside of the suction line at the point where it goes into the coil/drain cabinet is exposed and not insulated, and humid air can condense there and water may drip. I am not sure if it is by design or due to work oversight. Will consult with them when GAC comes to do seasonal inspection.

We received three estimates, from three different\-sized companies. GAC Services was comparable in price, but more knowledgeable, honest, and upfront about what we needed and why. It's that expertise and willingness to provide us with an education that set them apart from the others.

The sales person was really incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process. He made charges and rebates clear and easy to understand. The team doing the install was excellent, though there were a few issues with leaks. The leaks were fixed within a day of reporting them. The office staff were phenomenal in conveying information between the team members and me the customer.

The sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He not only did all he could to keep me with my budget but also didn't try to take advantage. Also he recommended items that were of importance that another HVAC company did not, The installers were very good. They were friendly, clean, efficient, and as quite as much as possible, to the point that I often forgot they were here. The only reason why I didn't rate them higher is that the install scheduler was a bit pushy, especially when she left voicemail messages.

My well\-maintained 16 year old system all of sudden had leaks and I had no cooling for 3 weeks just now during the 2021 summer and 90+ degree temps. I waited for 2 weeks' with equipment delays, and called to see if anyone was advocating for equipment arrival on my behalf (as a 65+ year old woman). Aside from some customer service rep confusion and mis\-communication, Keith saved the day, found comparable equipment and arranged installation within 2 days. I cannot speak highly enough about the install team of JOHN, BLAKE, REECE, \& DAVE. They protected my home, masterfully installed the new equipment, and added outlets and small improvements to better drain the humidifier among other things. Equally important, they communicated thoroughly, answered all my questions and taught me how to operate the snazzy new Ecobee thermostat. Grateful in Maryland!

My AC went on a Friday evening. I called at 9am Saturday, and a technician was there by 10:30. When we discovered the system would need to be replaced, a specialist was there by noon. My entire HVAC system was replaced by Thursday morning. Everything at the company has been top notch, and I would highly recommend them.

Both Randy and Jack were patient and empathetic in addressing our concerns and questions regarding the installation of a new heat pump. Jack did a great job of installing (including levelling) the unit. Additionally, we appreciate how quickly GAC was able to provide us with air condition.

GAC was friendly, quick to send a team member to assess the situation and provide a quote (same day I called), scheduled the install quickly, called back to say they could move the install up a day (gladly accepted as our AC was completely dead) and the install team was on time, helpful, clean and informative. Great equipment

We now have 3 heat pumps along with 3 air handlers (furnaces) for our home. We appreciate this company and have been with GAC for many years and will continue to be with them for years to come.

Bad TXV diagnosed at startup on my "brand new" Evolution unit. Told by install lead that it was shipped to them (GAC) by Bryant that way. Went on to say the defective part was marked defective (with a blue X) but shipped anyway. Install lead went on to tell me that it's not a problem since it's covered by warranty. Left me feeling no confidence in the company or the product.

The entire team was amazing. From the CSR, technician, electrician, engineer and installers. Incredibly professional, nice and very neat. GAC is a wonderful company and we've always been satisfied with their service.

Initially had made an appointment for the annual check of our A/C unit. We knew the people that installed our previous unit did a poor job, but were unaware of the extent of it until we had GAC come out and check. Gary, the tech, was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to us while patiently answering all of our questions. He was able to quickly set up an appointment for Mike to come out and let us know our options for replacing it. He was able to get us set up with the right option for our house and get the install set up in a timely manner. On the day of install, Jason, Francis, Jonathon, and Andres were very friendly, efficient, and had a very difficult job done way faster than we expected. Will never use another company for our HVAC needs, GAC was fantastic!
