GAC Services provides excellent service with "can-do" attitude!
From the initial estimate through the installation and follow\-up check, GAC Services personnel were knowledgeable, caring individuals who wanted to make my purchase/installation of a new Bryant HVAC as painless as possible. They promptly returned calls and answered all my questions (there were a lot). Tim Anderson, who provided the estimate, took the time to explain differences in proposed units and advise me on which fit my budget and needs. Keith Atkinson, who filled in when Mr. Anderson wasn't available, fielded several questions and worked to get my project on the schedule, something critical since I was without AC in 90\-degree weather! Brian, who performed Quality Control (real, honest\-to\-goodness Quality Control!) to ensure GAC had full measurements and to identify what parts would be needed for the installation, walked me through the process, afforded me options for placement of items such as exhaust grills, and as part of the installation, offered to perform a pressure test on my existing line set (which was being used) to ensure it had no leaks. And my installation team \-\- Oscar, Justin, Edwin, Cameron, and "Junior" \-\- were wonderful! They were thoughtful to put runners down to ensure my floors/carpet would remain clean and carefully moved an antique piece of furniture for me when I couldn't move it alone. They conferred with me about where I wanted the grills (on the laundry room door) to make sure I would be satisfied, made sure my new thermostat would cover the old one's area (so no new painting needed), and did the little things that show they care about the quality of their work and want the customer to be satisfied. They were professional and yet quite personable; it was obvious from their camraderie that they like what they do and who they work with, which leads to greater efficiency! And they cleaned everything up when they left! A week later when I became concerned my unit might be cycling too often, Jerry came out to explain the variables that affect cycling time and double\-check that the unit was operating properly. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I've encountered at GAC Services, and I will recommend them without hesitation. Oh, and did I mention the Carrier/Bryant 18\-month no interest payment plan? What a godsend when you have to replace something like an HVAC system!
