The Best Customer Service Experience
I was having intermittent problems with my old furnace and called Balanced HVAC to assess the problem and make recommendations/repairs. They were professional, courteous and explained all of the options in laymen's terms. This latest problem happened in the midst of sub\-zero weather so I was concerned about a quick, reliable solution. I ended up replacing the furnace with a Bryant furnace and Matt and Lincoln did the replacement immediately; on a Friday night in 3 hours! The level of customer service was absolutely incredible!
