I have used AMS 3 times now for HVAC service and it has been above and beyond excellent service every time and I had to leave a review because the service has been that great. With each visit, I am amazed at the service I get as each issue has been more complex yet the service remains outstanding. The 1st service was a bad thermostat, 2nd time it was a bad capacitor. Today, I had called AMS to service the unit as there was no power at thermostat. Aaron and Kent worked great as a team to diagnose a low voltage issue and get it back up and running quickly. After that, they didn''t stop there, they noticed that the blower was shaking a lot more than normal and so they looked into it. It was attributed to several mice being lodged in the blower causing it vibrate hard. They removed the blower unit and removed the mice and cleaned it up for me. AMS is superior at diagnosing the issue and always having the parts in stock so I can get taken care of the same day and just great to deal with. AMS has excellent communication, super\-reliable and is always great to deal with. I know that whenever I have an HVAC issue, I will call AMS, because I know that I am going to get taken care of.
