I had heat by the end of the day!
I was actually leaving for vacation the day I found out I needed a new furnace. I had them send me information about a new furnace and outside A.C. unit. New furnace install after troubleshooting issues on old furnace
Old furnace quit on coldest day of the year, was also a Saturday. Called Barrick\-Oltman, they were on site later that afternoon, spent time troubleshooting and locating the part they needed to get. After installing new part, furnace would light, but heat exchanger was plugged and no good. They provided me cost for 3 different furnaces in addition to the cost of fixing my current furnace. I decided to go with a new one as current one was 20 yrs. old. They were back Tuesday and within 3 hours had swapped out the furnace and cleaned up and tested everything.
