I have been with Comfort Care for quite a while, they recently put in a AC unit and the other day aprilaire humidifier. We have had hardwood floors and during a maintenance visit it was recommended to us, but not in any way pushy. Looking at the investment in our hardwood floors and potential for shrinking we decided to have the humidifier install. Buyer Beware: We fell prey to one of those "inexpensive routine maintenance" companies who get their foot in the door and then list out endless recommendations to have taken care of. Comfort Care isn't a stranger to us and when you need a furnace and air conditioner you don't shop around for what is cheaper \- you go with who you know. The Comfort Care installers arrived on time introduced themselves and told me that they were there to install a new furnace and air conditioner. I explained to them that I wasn't able to move the washer and dryer. They immediately assured me that they had been made aware of our situation and it was ok and asked if I had any questions for them. And I answered no.
