I personally know several HVAC people. I have used several. Some were ok. Others were not. My Lennox went out after only 7 years. I contacted Richard Abrams and he was prompt, courteous, offered several repair or replace options, checked with Lennox about the warranty for me, and offered a good price for a new Bryant. Very soon, his son (third generation in the family business and second generation Harrison grad, showed up and did a great job installing my new one. He also sent out of his way to rectify short cuts by my previous installers of the Lennox. We are very satisfied, indeed!

They are honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, dependable, respectful of our home by wearing booties, and are caring enough to take the time to explain options. Once installed they explained everything we needed to know about our new system. We had a floor dehumidifier that they replaced with a 5 stage system that is more effective and takes up less room. We had several estimates and different options for our problem with humidity and Abrams Heat and Air was by far the most knowledgeable and reasonable. We are so pleased and always tell Richard we wish we could find service people as competent and knowledgeable as he is. When something needs to be attended to he gets to us in a reasonable amount of time. We are thrilled and grateful to have Abrams Heating and Air as our HVAC company.
