Great Experience with New AC
My good experience started when Bob came to my house to quote a new AC. He noticed the filter was very difficult to get to when checking the furnace, and he said he could fix that problem for me. He quoted the new AC and included a new design for my intake/filter area. The 2 guys who came to do the install worked really hard to get the job done. One worked on the furnace area while the other hooked up the new AC unit. They finished the job quickly and left me cool and happy. Bob came by a little while later to check their work. No one wants to spend this kind of money, but if you do you want to feel valued as a customer and a person. My experience made me feel just that. I appreciate the service I received from Lori and Shannon in the office as well. They kept me updated on when they expected the unit to come in and scheduled the installation as quickly as possible. I would recommend this family\-owned business in a heartbeat.

Many Thanks to Dennis \& Laurie, Bob (Service Manager), Kevin (Expert Tech), Jacob \& Seth (Senior Installer \& Installer), and all (previous Tech Chris, also Cheryl, Shannon, more) who I?ve encountered at D.McKeon over the past 11 years, who have serviced us expertly on our hottest and coldest days, then provided new Bryant Installs. We learned years ago that other HVAC companies in our area want to sell inferior (or overpriced, and/or ridiculously expensive to maintain) systems, and/or not Install or Service properly. But D.McKeon sells sensible Bryant, explains Benefits/Costs of Tonnage \& SEER choices, and at our newer house took 9 hours at no extra charge to Install new systems properly. Climate Control is critical for anyone with a Family Member with fragile medical conditions. They also provide Air Quality products, Air Duct Cleaning, CO monitoring products, Thermostats (simple/ old fashioned \& remote/?smart? types), HVAC Duct \& Air Return advice, Insulation advice, etc. for existing homes \& new/newer homes. I trust Dennis with his 30 years of experience and leadership in Georgia HVAC industry.
