We recently purchased a Bryant Evolution heat pump for our home. Stacy thoroughly explained all of the new units, their energy savings and functions. We ended up purchasing an SEER18 with the additional zone for upstairs and a purifier which we feel will be well worth the initial money. Rome and his crew delivered and installed the unit (plus took care of additional duct work issues when the original unit was installed) as promised and made sure our yard was cleaned of any left over debris as well as swept the area inside the house where they came in and out. Stacy came out after the install and personally downloaded the Bryant app to my phone and explained in detail how to use each function. They were all polite, respectful and we are happy with their service.
