The planning and execution of my install when perfectly. The install crew showed up on time and removed the old units and installed the new systems very professionally. They cleaned the working area and provided a great "How To" debrief me after completion. Lucas, Carl and Nick did a great job with removal, installation and providing me with a great overview of how the system operation. We called Anderson Air to get information on installing either a new a/c unit or dual fuel heat pump after getting our neighbor's recommendation from their satisfaction with their heat pump Anderson Air installed for them 5 years earlier. Sean, owner, came out same afternoon we called to answer all our questions. We decided to get the dual fuel heat pump and they came out a week later to install. Installation took only half a day. Lucas and Carl were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient during installation. Lucas went over the thermostat control and the mobile phone app to be sure we understood how to program and gave his recommendations on the settings. Carl gave us maintenance information for us to do in between seasonal maintenance that Anderson Air will come out do twice a year. The heat pump cooled our home immediately and took the humidity right out of the house. The unit inside and outside is so quiet it is amazing! Quality. Professional. Attention to Detail.
Got 3 estimates for a new HVAC system for the house. AA was the middle one, but all 3 were within $1000 on a premier ($12k) system. Why AA? The owner, Sean, did the estimate which included counting ducts and intakes to make sure the system was correct and not just 'believing' that the previous installer was right like the other 2 estimators did. Sean also did his homework \- arriving with an 'engineering paper' drawing of the floorplan of the house. Once we decided, the system was installed within 2 business days. A one day installation. Sean's team laid dropcloths, removed the old system, swept \& vacuumed, sealed the air handler closet properly, installed the new system, swept \& vacuumed some more, and left no mess inside or out. They even fixed my broken door frame to the air handler closet! Being retired USMC, I have had the honor of training and watching teams "in the field." Sean's team leaders were constantly mentoring their junior partners. And the junior techs took pride as to which one had the better mentor. This sort of camaraderie doesn't happen by accident. These guys know what they are doing and they do it well. Full marks and highest recommendations!

Called them out to look at my 21 year old heat pump. Compressor finally let loose. Replaced with a Bryant 14 SEER Legacy model system. I don't need my AC hooked up to wifi for software updates. I need something to keep my house at the temperature I set it at. Initial tech was at my house in within an hour of my call. Once I decided on a new system, they scheduled me an appointment with the sales guy. He was 5 minutes early and answered my questions. Price seemed fair market.
