Once C's Tropic had the right address, the system replacement went smooth. Thanks Beth, when a real person answers the phone it assures me that service will be attentive and personal. Many kudos for putting me on the schedule on short notice. Thanks Chris, your patience was exceptional working out my preferences on the bid and selection. Also appreciate Chris visiting and making sure the installation was perfect. Thanks James, Dylan and the crew for the installation, your enthusiasm and attention to detail was reassuring. Other points: still not sure the system air flow (cu ft) is flowing through the vents as well as the last system and the heat pump fan doesn't seem like it's operating at full speed. Weather hasn't been demanding enough to truly test the system inside. Appreciate the crew having a good attitude about picking up all the debris they left in the pan that I identified both times I asked. I've already recommended Charlie's to a friend as a result of her frustration with your competitor. The word is getting out about Charlie's Tropic!
