When hiring a contractor, the most important qualities I look for are knowledge base, friendly, punctual, and excellent track record. Top Notch! Call All Climate Now! Don't waste time with anyone else
It's usually so stressful finding an ethical, professional company to install new HVAC systems, new hot water heaters, plumbing, you name it, because a lot of online reviews are fake. This review is not fake. We worked with Tom, and he gave us three choices of new HVAC systems, from lowest to highest, but all come with a reliable warranty.. Tom didn't pressure us to buy the most expensive system. He was friendly and professional, and we definitely knew after just a few hours of talking to him he was honest, as is everyone at All Climate. We've had our house painted and new carpet installed this past year, and buying the new HVAC system and water heater was the least stressful of any of our other projects. The HVAC installers who came out were friendly and fast and professional. I was totally comfortable having them in my home. They even finished a couple of hours early. Our other two home improvement projects took a week longer than they promised. Third times the charm...All Climate is fast friendly and professional.

Tom came out to Give me an estimate. When he went into My crawl space he found a leak, he turn off my waster for me, an tried to get a hold of me. Air conditioner sale and installation
Audy demonstrated excellent work ethic and honesty. He called right away when I emailed from the BBB website. He scheduled Tom to come out for a quote on an air conditioner and humidifier. Out of three different quotes, all very similar, Tom spent the most time reviewing with me on what would be done and how it would be some I would understand the process. On the day of the install, Audy explained that due to the configuration of my furnace, a humidifier would be impossible to put in. He took the time to show me why it couldn't be. All four who were involved in the work were polite, considerate and thorough. Audy called the city to schedule the inspection then called me the day before the inspection with the phone number to check the window of time when the inspector would arrive. I can't say enough of how much I appreciated the work from Audy and the rest of his staff. I definitely would recommend the company!
