Excellent experience with new A/C and Furnance Install
We had the original Carrier furnace in our home, built in 1995 and never had a problem. We decided to look into air conditioning, we found Bryant was related to Carrier and well regarded. We researched preferred installers on the Bryant website. We took 3 bids and selected L \& L heating based on their pricing (best offer), reputation and reviews. The Sales process was very friendly, informative, low pressure and flexible. We discussed several options. All requests for additional information and changes were promptly addressed, even after business hours. After we placed the order, the Salesman contacted me and discovered a better option that would save further money, explaining the technicalities and benefits of their recommendation very thoroughly. The L \& L folks were able to schedule installation within 3 business days. The install team was highly professional, friendly and efficient. They installed the AC and Furnace, electrical circuits, all connections in under three hours and after cleaning up, you would never have known they were there. Excellent experience with L and L Heating and Air.

Very pleased!
Our AC went out, so we had L\&L replace our old unit with an Amana ASX16 model. While we were at it, we had them replace our old furnace as well since it was a little over 20 years old. We had it replaced with an Amana AMVC8 model.

Installation of new furnace
16 Nov 16 \- installation of new furnace and humidifier. Installation by Dakota and Teal. Dakota very knowledgeable \- solved a couple of small problems in hook ups around the furnace, very thorough job of installation of both items, answered all my questions and worked through all of the paperwork with advice on registering the furnace, service intervals and proper size furnace filter. The two men worked well together.
