Less than 12 hours from appointment request to diagnoses. We knew we needed to replace our 24 yr old AC unit inherited from our home. When questioning Sales person about the difference between Byrant and Carrier products ....salesman told me that Byrant products are concidered the 'cadillacs' ..Internet later informed me that me that Carrier products are a preferred product.
