Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning has met or exceeded our expectations because they put customers first. And it is obvious they treat their employees well too. Top to bottom they are nice folks. Our new system was well installed and working great.

From sales to installation to quality recap a week later; we had a great experience. They even took care of processing the rebates!

The process from initial order to final completion was extremely easy. The technicians were professional, explained installation procedures in non\-technical terms/easy to understand and were clean and neat in the entire installation

Every person in the group provided excellent service, from the first diagnostic technician, the follow up for replacement, the Salesman, the install team, the final Quality Control tech who confirmed everything went exactly as planned. Excellent communication, nothing missed. Super clean, efficient and very polite, each and every one of them.

They worked for two days installing our furnace and kept us apprised of the process and progress. There have been no problems to solve. The service and expertise were excellent.

Kevin and Scott were the installers and they were very courteous and did an excellent job. They communicated throughout the process and showed us how to operate the equipment. We replaced air conditioner, heater and hot water heater. They even had a quality assurance man Rob come over the next day and he did a complete check on the install making sure we would pass the city inspection. Rob was very open to answering all of my questions and walking through what I did not understand. We passed inspection with no problems. I do want to also mention Derek the salesman who put together multiple proposals for me when I changed my mind an added items. He was very responsive by email or text. I did a lot of research on\-line and checked reviews in Google, Yelp, Better Business Bureau and Home advisor

Very Neat

This is a good reliable dealer. They are a bit pushy with their sales pitch and push Bryant and Carrier HVAC systems. Their sales personnel push HVAC equipment ratings of US news organizations such as US News and USA Today who know nothing about HVAC equipment and these news organizations are probably getting paid to recommend Bryant \& Carrier products. A more reliable reference would be Consumer Reports who have for decades employed a technical staff to evaluate all sort of equipment such as cars, appliances, tools, etc. and even HVAC equipment. This would be a more independent source.

Genuinely cared about meeting my HVAC needs. Reasonable priced with company assurances after purchase.

The whole team at Ft. Collins Heating an Air Conditioning were so great to deal with. I was way overdue to have my old system replaced and didn't know which company to have due the work. After reading reviews I chose Ft. Collins Heating \& Air to interview along with a couple of others. Ft. Collins Heating \& Air won hands down, knowledge, great reviews, price and just nice people to deal with.

Every step of the way, the installers from Fort Collins Heating and Air were wonderfully careful n their plan, implementation and execution of the install.

Great sales representative who worked with us and did not pressure us to buy a bigger, more expensive system that what our house needed.

A bit surprised after all the discussion of QA on the system that we had to have other work done post installation to qualify for the efficiency rebates. The installation staff was great but a bit disappointed on the add on charges considering the investment we made in the system.

The consultant who gave us our quote was great to work with and very responsive. And their pricing was very competitive vs. two other quotes we received. We were also appreciative that they got two systems installed in two days the same weel we comitted to the purchase. Then the customer service went downhill from there. All told, we spent almost 7 hours between waiting, phone calls and completely avoidable work over four days, to get our system running correctly and do 2 hours of planned work (QA). For a $22,000+ expenditure, I found this both aggravating and unacceptable. "Big enough to serve and small enough to care" is their motto. For us, they didn't deliver on either once the install itself was finished. Below are the reasons for this assessment. 1. The installers left a gas valve closed after install on our upstairs heater, (as we learned later), so we had no heat from that unit, which also means they didn't test their work before they left. 2. The first attempt to get this problem identified and resolved resulted in a no\-show with no communication, because they reached out to the wrong on\-call person (who was on vacation) and left us hanging. I had to call to find out what happened and reschedule for the following day. Two hours wasted. 3. The next day the on\-call person did show, and found and resolved the issue. So no issues there, other than having to spend another 1 hour+ for avoidable work. Two mornings without upstairs heat after install. 4. For QA follow\-up appointment, again, with 15 minutes left in their 2 hour arrival window, no show or communication and I had to call to find out what happened and reschedule. They assured me that as their first visit the next day, the arrival would be prompt and we wouldn't be kept waiting. Two more hours wasted. 5. Second QA attempt: we were their first visit of the day with an 8a\-10a arrival window. Got a call at 8:30a from the QA guy that he'd be here around 9 and he didn't show up until 9:30. No explanation. No acknowedgment that it took them 1.5 hours to get to their first visit or that he took twice as long to get here as he communicated. No apology for yet another delay. Nothing. Another hour and a half wasted. I have no reason to doubt that they know what they're doing and we are so far happy with the purchase and system itself, but we will rethink using them for our maintenance service going forward, after this negative experience of their customer service and communication.

Jon (assessed and gave bid), Cameron \& Matt (installed HVAC system), and office staff (Crystal, Becca Ebony, \& James) were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and professional. They answered questions directly without hesitation demonstrating complete knowledge of product and company policies.

Entire process was smooth and uneventful. Everyone showed up when they said they would and there were ZERO surprises\- just as you want!

Starting out with Carrington during the decision\-making process, whenever I had a question, he was quick to respond. When there were impediments he came up with possible solutions. There were numerous challenges because of the electrical limits in the condo and HOA restrictions, but he certainly persevered until a decision was made that I could live with. When Lucas showed up to install the AC promptly at 8:30 that morning, he worked through the day, and a long day it was because of the necessity of dismantling and reinstalling the furnace. I offered drinks but he came fully prepared to take care of himself with his own provisions and worked steadily the whole day, with assistance from a co\-worker the first half of the day. When he was finished and I had some questions, he patiently answered or discussed my concerns.

Install went very smooth. Kevin was very knowledgeable\- willing to answer my questions. The young man who was along with Kevin was also very professional

All the technicians who worked on project were professional, courteous, informative, and detailed oriented. The installers (Cameron \& Easton) did an excellent job replacing the mechanical equipment in the HVAC room. Patrick did a thorough job cleaning the duct work (inside \& outside the living space). Rob did a great job showing me (again) the basics of the equipment during the Quality Assurance inspection. Great technicians!

Fort Collins Heating \& Air installed a new furnace with a humidifier for me. They protected the floors with covering and wore booties inside. They were polite, professional, and pleasant and kept me updated as to the progress of their work. When finished, they explained everything about the new system and how to care for it. They replaced everything that needed moving. The furnace is quiet and is heating the house well. I chose Fort Collins Heating \& Air because I was impressed with their website, the Bryant furnace brand and pricing, I didn't feel that the sales person was pushing me into making an immediate decision, and because of their guarantee to make everything right in the event of problems. (No problems so far so I can't rate solving them.) I also like that they are local to Fort Collins and have been here since 1934.

FCH\&A came to check our Furnace the day it stopped working. We soon met with someone to discuss buying a new Furnace. They scheduled installation of a new furnace as soon as possible and provided us with enough space heaters to get by in the meantime. Installation did not take long.

Fort Collins Heating and Air replaced my furnace and air conditioning units. Shortly after install my new AC was freezing. FC Heating and Air worked until the issue was 100% resolved: they came several times to evaluate the system, make adjustments to improve air flow, and finally did a warranty replace of the new furnace with a larger model. I am 100% happy with my new system, and although it took a few months to figure out, they were consistently on top of the issues. The install team was neat and professional, and Jesse (who troubleshot the new system issues) was knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I would recommend FC Heating and Air without hesitation.

Several weeks ago, my basement flooded due to failure of a water tank (not installed by FCH\&A). This event made me reevaluate all of the HVAC equipment in my home. Although my furnace was still working, it was "circling the drain" at \~17 years old and the addition of central a/c was a no\-brainer. The scope of work included installation of two\-stage high efficiency Bryant furnace and a/c, as well as a Bradford White water heater. I chose FCH\&A based on my experience with their service techs through the years and their reputation for technical expertise with installations. I knew the unique challenges of my 97\-year\-old house would complicate the installation and perhaps break the spirit of even the most experienced techs. Kevin and Nick rose to the challenge and exceeded my expectations to bringing this equipment to life. Kevin discussed modifications to the exterior of the house and existing duct work that were necessary in order to complete the installation. He walked me through how to use the new thermostat, change furnace filter (it's fancy with tracks that must line up) and explained how he wired the condensate pump to automatically shut the furnace and a/c off in the event of a pump failure. Rather than bust through plaster or drill holes in the original trim, Kevin took the time to carefully remove the trim so that the wiring could be fished from the basement to the thermostat upstairs. Thank you so much, Kevin and Nick!! Glenn reached out during the course of the work and went above and beyond what I expected from a CEO. He made sure I was getting what I needed and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. Without his help, I would not have been unable to find an electrician in time to upgrade the panel for the a/c installation. As the installation day quickly approached, I felt more and more confident I made the right choice with FCH\&A. I knew they could take on the inevitable challenges of an older home and that I can count on them in the future should the need arise. I am so grateful that I picked this company to replace my water heater and heater/AC. I replaced both with electric heat pumps. They were the best informed on the latest technologies in heat pumps. Plus, they were pleasant to have in my house and did extremely clean install (I have worked on houses all my life, I know a clean install). BTW, there are large rebates and tax credits that are available now from the Federal government as well as PVEA (and likely your city or your electric company). Electricity in CO is 30% renewable today and that will grow dramatically in the future. I will be saving big bucks on my heating/ac costs as I go forward and lowering my carbon footprint.

I purchased an extreme cold\-weather air\-source heat pump with multiple zones and complex control system. FCHA beat the price of the nearest competitor by $10,000 for the exact same components. Installation didn't go as smooth as I hoped, partly due to weather and supply chain issues outside the control of FCHA. But some of the problems were caused by poor communication within the company and some setup and calibration errors during installation. However, the company was always quick to respond to my calls for help, and after a few days of confusing performance during exceptionally cold temperatures, they got it sorted out. I would purchase from FCHA again.

An all around great experience from beginning to end. My sells man Mike answered all my questions and I chose the furnace that I thought would work best for me. No high pressure sells! All the office help were very helpful very time I called in and always called back in good time when I left a message. My installer did an excellent job of removing the old furnace and then installing the new one. It was not an easy job because it was in a crawlspace. The city inspector said it looked very good, a job well done.

Let's say one day you ask yourself a question. Do I really want cold air on a hot Summer's Day and do I want toasty warm air when the snow is falling? Do I desire quality? Do I want it done right the first time? In the rare event that it's not done correctly do I want someone that will immediately take care of me and fix the problem? If you're like me you want all of these things. I have found all of this with Fort Collins heating and Air. They take care of all of my rental properties along with my personal home. You might be able to pay a little less and get a hacker which I did before I met them. But I pay for Quality now with Fort Collins heating and air. While the install of our new furnace took an extra day\- the installers only worked for 5 hours on the first day, for a reason that was never disclosed, and then came back at 7am on day 2 and started early\- the guys who did the work were great, and did really solid work. Really happy to have the QA after, too, as there were a couple of loose connections that were quickly cleaned up. Overall, though, really great service.

Recently installed new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner in my 20 year old home. Venting the new 98 % efficiency furnace was a logistical challenge. Ft Collins heating and air found a creative solution to the problem. Prices were lower than 4 other bids received. No other contractor offers a 1 year test drive guarantee. Peace of mind is worth a lot! They also filed the rebates for me. Every interaction with the staff at every level was highly positive. We had to call to get air conditioning unit charged after we moved into our new home. We knew it would need to be charged since we closed in March, we just didn't expect to have to be the ones to chase down the dealer in June to have the unit charged. Expected more.

They installed a new furnace for us. They were very flexible with the scheduling. I even got a call saying they had an early cancellation if I wanted to move up the install. Danny installed the furnace he was very thorough. He took alot of pride in his work and was fun to talk with. I should have made a better workspace for him to do the tin work. My carpet had peices of metal stuck that I had to dig out. It did take all day for the install probably because the original one that he had to remove was poorly done. They stayed in constant communication on what needed to be done and when. I'm definitely very happy with Fort Collins Heating and Air and their customer service.

In September 2018, we purchased a new high\-efficiency, 2\-stage furnace and ac system from Fort Collins Heating \& Air. Everyone from their sales rep, administrative/office personnel, installers, etc., were absolutely superior! The sales rep spent a good deal of time, on two occasions prior to the purchase and installation, to provide us with a range of options that would best suit our needs for greater comfort, efficiency, and pricing. Due to space considerations, we wanted the new outdoor AC unit located on the opposite end of the house; and he handily determined everything required to accomplish that. He took great care to survey our home to ensure the new system would be correctly sized, and gathered all information needed (including pictures of the old system) for the installers to be completely prepared to complete the work in an efficient manner. The proposals he provided to us for the four systems we wished to consider listed exactly what was included in the pricing and what would be at extra cost. We are pretty particular about who we have working in our home; and you could not ask for more professional, knowledgeable, and considerate installers. They completed the entire project in two full days, with no interruptions, took care to keep floors and carpets clean, and cleaned up the work areas when finished. They were just very nice guys, too! The administrative staff made scheduling and payment convenient, and told us exactly what to expect during installation. They also took care of the permitting and equipment registrations. The company has superior quality control and warranty programs, so we can be assured of complete satisfaction or money back. Our new system has been in operation now for a couple of weeks and, so far, it has been great \-\- so much quieter and without the temperature swings we had with the old one. Our son has his exercise equipment in the basement, which is unfinished with the HVAC unenclosed. With the old system, he would change the thermostat to keep it from running, so he could hear the TV while working out. Now, he doesn't do that! That's a pretty amazing difference in the noise level. We have been very pleased with Fort Collins Heating \& Air, the equipment we purchased, and the whole process of completing the project.
