Excellent service by dealer by the App on Android has a bug. Thermostat does not allow time and temp settings like nest.
Dealer was very good in quote and service. My complaint is about the features of the Connex Thermostat are not as good as a Nest or Ecobee thermostat in setting temp at different times of the day and integration with google assistant. Also, the Android app By Bryant or Carrier does not report energy use in KWh which is displayed on the Thermostat. Only Therms use is reported. Your tech support person was telling me that I need to connect ot PGE the utility company to see energy use in KWh. I was trying to tell him that PGE can only see my meter and nothing inside my home and they can connect to my thermostat and change the setting if I allow them. I took the trouble to find out that the problem is the App.
