Excellent Responsiveness to my Air Conditioning Problem
After 24 years of good service, my old air conditioner failed to cool on one of the hottest days in July ... the 3rd to be exact. We were entertaining friends and had more festivities planned for the 4th. I called a few HVAC dealers in the area but they could not even come to my house for two weeks. My friend had his AC replaced just a week prior and said he was very happy with A.S.A.P. He had the business owner's text number on his phone and texted him explaining my predicament. I received a text back that same day on my phone asking if he could stop by my house on the afternoon of July 4th. Curtis , A.S.A.P.'s owner, gave me a quote on the spot. I decided to replace my old furnace as well so he gave me a quote for the package, which was very reasonable. Now the question, when could he start? I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he could start the work just two days later. At 8 am his crew showed up and they felt they could complete the work that same day. Things were going well until they removed the old furnace and found a gaping rusted hole in the output side of the plenum, a problem I had obviously had for years. I apparently had been putting more air into the crawl space of the house than into the living areas. After replacing the plenum which set them back a half day, they finished up the next day. I'm very happy with the products and the installation.
