An honest review
Sales was on track with problem solving, unit recommendation, availability and prompt installation. During the installation process we encountered problems with damage to our home. The damage, holes in the side of our home and over cut sheet rock for registers, could have been avoided with better communication from the installer and myself (we didn't authorize holes in our stucco) and better communication between the installer and his helper (holes cut wrong size and crooked). Having said all that was to tell you this, you never know how good a company is until you have a problem. Cascade is real good, they sent a contractor to repair the walls, another to repair the stucco and one to paint. We are pleased with the work, the correction to the problems, and we will be recommending them to others as well as having them do work for us again. I would rate them 4\* for Expertise (communication needs help), 5\* for their Problem Solving ability and 5\* for Service. My service rating is based on 10+ years of them servicing both residential and commercial units. Overall rating of 4 Stars.
