This AC company couln'd have made it a better experience. From explanation to instalation I would recommend Steve's Ultimate Air 100% Irene in the office was very knowledgeable, informative and had the best price out of 4 companies I checked before buying. The installers were fast and clean and even the owner Steve showed up to ensure everything was being done properly and to his level of expectation. Overall they made (what I thought would be hell) buying my new AC unit a breeze. I've already recommend them to both my neighbors.

Had a Great experience with Stave's Ultimate Air from the very beginning! It all started with Hector who came to my residence to assess my AC needs and quote me on a new install. He was professional and personable, explaining and showing me pictures of their previous installs. I had several previous quotes and although they were not the cheapest they did work with me on pricing. In the end, I preferred to pay a little more for a trouble free and Quality install. I'm glad I did because they did not disappoint! On the day of install Hector and Tony came on time, were professional, and did a Great job on the install! Irene was the point of contact for the paperwork and behind the scenes logistics. She did a Nice job keeping me informed along the way and following up with warranty, certificates etc. Everything is working as expected thus far.
