Darren did a outstanding job with the overall process. The furnace, 986T is as expected and as claimed in the marketing docs, which is not always the case. The unit in my opinion, after nearly 2 months of operation, is a high quality value for money furnace, the weather of the past 2 months oscillated from + 10 to \- 35C back to + 8, operation of the unit accommodated those swings seamlessly. Darren by way of professionalism and personality excels in service and problem solving, with a focus on the customer. Which are admirable qualities in representation of himself and the Bryant product.
