I had a faulty heat exchanger in my old furnace and opted to purchase a new unit. I was referred to Ultra Comfort by a friend. Simon, the owner and Adam in sales, explained the available options in furnaces they carried. I decided on Bryant 120,000 BTU for my 4200 square foot house. The furnace had the features I desired like variable speed motor and 2 stage gas valve. The furnace was delivered and installed the very next day and runs smooth and quiet. Furnace A/C Hot Water Tankreplacement
All three items removed and installed in a day. Piping had to be vented across the basement and out threw the foundation wall instead of threw the roof like originally done. ABS pipe had to be replaced with PVC pipe and could not be accessed by the attic. Great plumbing and routing skills. Daniel works neat, fast and professionally along with his partner. You will be pleased just don't be pushy. They will figure it all out for you at a reasonable competive price.
